i always wanted to do this... and here i go.
i feel that i should have started this off a long time back. but we never had blogs then. in fact i wanted to write a book then.
lol... i just looked up to see what i had written till now. my world begins with "i". just love that.
hmmmm.... it's late at work. just got done with my annual appraisal. scored a B grade. it's always the safest option.
being a software engineer definitely pays. gives you good money. neat onsite (foreign) destinations to work at (ironically they pay you even more when you are working abroad).
it's been almost 2 years now. i like it till now.
waiting for my friend to get done with his appraisal meeting. 'son of a gun' is blasting away the manager (the guy who decides the hike) like hell !!! we want more money. just love that...
we were supposed to check-out the new KFC joint at sec-18 noida. i am so frikkin hungry it's not funny.
'soupz' is my light for starting off jazzuncut.... she writes stuff, simple yet so moving.
i'll tell her i am better.
right now i am downloading java question from the internet. i have been placed on the interview panel tomorrow. freaks........
all the guys would be having experience more than what i have. but i guess i am looking forward to it. my brother tells me "go with a mind set that you have to recruit people and not reject 'em".
yah right bro. i'll try. in fact i'll have to try very hard. errr.... i guess i'll have to try my ass out not to kick them. it'll be so much fun.
i am tired. it's time to go home. my buddy doesn't seem to get enough of our boss.

it feels so gud 2 b sittin on a panel n judgin ppl from the moment they enter.gives u a certain satisfaction.doesnt it ?

that was my first take on being an interviewer... about 6 months back maybe. i have definately matured with the intervews now... i see that as a leap. it's good fun to know the technical aspect of some really interesting people.
